  • A Small Square Container


Step-by-Step Guide:


  • Prepare the Sushi Rice : Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and let it cool to room temperature.


  • Cook the Bacon and Eggs : In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. In another pan, fired the eggs until they are ready.

  • Slice the Vegetables : Slice the lettuces and tomatoes into ideal sharp will fit into the small square container.

  • Assemble the Sushi Sandwich : Lay a nori sheet on a clean surface with a plastic wrap underneath. On the other hand put a plastic wrap into the small square container. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly into the container.

  • Layer the Ingredients : Arrange the lettuces, tomatoes, cooked bacon, fried eggs and cheese on top of the rice. I prefer put Japanese Mayo and Tonkatsu Sauce but you can drizzle a hint of Sriracha for an extra kick.







  • 2nd Layer of Rice : Place another layer of rice of top of the filling, ensue the filling is covered with rice.

  • Fold Nori : Gently tip the container upside down into the nori and remove the plastic wrap. Fold the corners of the nori over the filling (can use a bit of water to help the corners stick together).





  • Wrap & Cut : Wrap the Sushi Sandwich (Onigirazu) tightly with a plastic wrap. Cut it in half with a sharp knife.




  • Garnish and Serve : Sprinkle sesame seeds over the sushi sandwiches for added crunch and visual appeal.
